Kerry Coup - Lead Pastor
My name is Kerry Coup and I’m the lead pastor here at LifeHouse Church. My wife (Patti) and I married in July of 1996 and have three children: Kylie, Kaden, and Kolten. Although I grew up in a church context, it wasn’t until I was a sophomore in college that I repented and gave my life to Christ. Shortly after this experience I sensed a call to ministry that eventually led me to become a pastor in 1998. Ultimately church planting would be my calling, which led to LifeHouse launching in the summer of 2008. My motivating passion is to reach unchurched and dechurched people with the good news of Jesus Christ.
MEagan PArsons - Administrative Assistant
I grew up in the church but never really had a faith of my own until my sophomore year in high school when I gave my life to Christ at a youth event. Through my journey I have learned what it looks like to make mistakes and then find growth and healing in Christ. I serve a gracious God that lucky hasn’t given me what I deserve. He is teaching me with everyday the joy of living my life with him at the center.
Bill Howe - Family Ministry Pastor
My wife Marlene and I have been together since we were 15; we have two children, and four grandchildren. I grew up believing I had proof that God did not exist…until He ambushed me in the shower when I was 22. I stepped in believing He did not exist, and came out knowing Jesus was exactly who He says He is. My first prayer was to ask how far it is possible to go in faith in this existence, and that prayer has shaped my life ever since. I had a 25 year career in sales with International Paper (serving in numerous roles within the church during this time, and becoming a Licensed Pastor), then left the corporate world for full time ministry as a chaplain in the marketplace. I am blessed and thrilled to serve at LifeHouse Church as the Family Minister Pastor!
Roxi Roberts - Member at Large
I’ve been fortunate to grow up in the church surrounded by family and friends who have always encouraged me in my faith. Even though I’ve always known Jesus died on the cross for my sins, I didn’t grasp the true meaning and the magnitude of that sacrifice until after college. My faith continues to grow the more I realize how desperately I need a Savior and how undeserving I am of his love and mercy. I rest assured each day that He has a purpose and a perfect plan for my life.
Michele Palmgren - Member at Large representing Solomon Plant
Blessed with an opportunity a year ago to walk into LifeHouse church with friends ministering on the BIC Navajo Mission in New Mexico. Before I knew it, God was putting together a church plant in Solomon, KS and I have been witness to God putting all the pieces together!
Dennis Shehi - Member at Large.
My walk with the Lord took off during my education experience at Kansas State. Although my life has been a series of ups and downs, I am blessed to have traveled the journey in such a wonderful and meaningful way. I have learned that whether you are on top of the mountain or down in the valley, you are loved and the Lord has you in His hands. That is the true blessing of life!

Bryan Armendariz - Treasurer
I grew up going to church, but having a relationship with God was never a priority to me. I learned to be self-sufficient and thought I could control my world. When I had my son, who was born 11 weeks premature and with a laundry list of medical problems, the world that I thought I had control over was crumbling apart. Little by little, God was revealing himself to me and tearing down my walls that I built over time. When I attended my first Men’s Encounter, I was humbled by God’s unwavering love for me and I fully surrendered my life to Him.
Laressa Nordgren - Worship Team
Wife and mother of four kids. I was born and raised in a Christian home , but truly made my faith my own when I was in college. I enjoy being active in my life group, teaching a jr. high ministry on Weds nights and getting ready to mentor a few high school girls. Growing in Christ is something that has to take place daily so I enjoy spending time going through the Bible or study books with other believers. My heart longs to see others grow in their walk with Christ and experience a true sense of worship to and for Him.
